The Science and Freedom for Everyone Foundation ("the Foundation") is a California nonprofit public benefit corporation. The Foundation has applied for recognition of tax-exempt status under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code; recognition is currently pending with the Internal Revenue Service. The content provided on this website, including all research papers, summaries, and white papers, is for educational and informational purposes only.
The Foundation owns its work products and releases them to the public, free of charge, under open licenses. It applies the license appropriate to each type of material:
The Foundation's names, including "SAFE" and "SAFE Research Institute," its logos, and other source-identifying marks are not covered by these open licenses and remain the reserved property of the Foundation. They may not be used in any way that suggests endorsement, misattributes altered content to the Foundation, or is likely to cause confusion, without the Foundation's written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Science and Freedom for Everyone Foundation, its Board of Directors, and its Scientific Advisory Board (SAB) shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the information on this site.
Any legal action or proceeding relating to your access to, or use of, the Site shall be instituted in a state or federal court in San Diego County, California. You and the Science and Freedom for Everyone Foundation agree to submit to the jurisdiction of, and agree that the venue is proper in, these courts.
